The vision of the In the Pink Holistic Guide began several years ago when I discovered that I had food sensitivities to 5 main food groups: wheat, soy, eggs, dairy and potatoes; not to mention the chemical sensitivities to the skin care products I was using. As I researched my options back then, I realized there wasn’t a guide to local eateries, products and healthful choices that answered my questions and helped me make different choices.

This blog started with the concept of reviewing restaurants for the healthy choices they offered and has now, with my partner Jeff, expanded to inspiring healthy choices in all areas of life: in the emotional, in the financial, in the mental, in the physical, in relationships and in the spiritual. Health in all these areas leads to living a life in balance and harmony.

On this blog we will be reviewing products, services, restaurants, and holistic health perspectives for living ‘in the pink’. We will share our tips and experiences as we explore different options, strategies, and tools. This blog is dedicated to all of those who are in some way wanting to make different and healthy choices, but don’t know where to begin. For those wanting to release weight, to those who are diabetic, in unfulfilled relationships, down on their financial luck, or any who are wanting to make healthier choices in any area of their life—you know who you are—this is for you.
